Astro Falcons 3, Southside Recycling 2

STRUTHERS

Vincent Lucente tossed five innings of one-hit, shutout baseball in relief to earn the win for Astro, striking out eight. Laz Lebron suffered the tough loss for Southside, surrendering three runs on six hits in a complete-game outing. Noah Laster led the Astro attack with two hits and an RBI and Jacob Bonner had a hit and an RBI. Jacob Rudzik and Devin Curd each had a hit and scored a run for Southside.

DuraEdge 6, Creekside Fitness 3

STRUTHERS

Ben McKnight led the way for DuraEdge with two hits, including a double, Mark Torsello had a hit and two RBIs and Trey Adams slugged a hit, scored a run and drove home another. Anthony Laird had two hits and an RBI for Creekside, while River Ward had two hits and scored a run in the game.

Roth Brothers 4, Knightline 3 11 innings

STRUTHERS

Roth Brothers won in the bottom of the eleventh inning as Chris Patton scored the winning run. Tyler Srbinovich picked up the win in relief, while Timmy Sumner had two hits and scored twice to lead the way for Roth. Johnny Medvec also tripled. For Knightline, Tim Herberger had a hit and two RBIs.

Saturday

SBA Aces 14, Southside Recycling 13

STRUTHERS

Ian Lu and Jared Bajerski each had four hits, three runs scored and two RBIs for SBA in the win. Luke Baily also had three hits, two of which were doubles, five RBIs and two runs scored. Trent Harrold led the way for Southside with three hits and two RBIs, Joel Kreuzwieser doubled among his three hits and Nick Ieraci hit two doubles and drove home five runs.

Baird Brothers 11, Roth Brothers 0

STRUTHERS

Brandon Fleeger picked up the win for Baird, tossing five shutout innings. He allowed just four hits and struck out nine. Isaiah Lucas had two hits and scored three times for Baird, Fleeger tripled and notched four RBIs and while Jack Rafoth added a hit and four RBIs as well. Spencer Woolley had two hits for Roth.

Knightline 6, Astro Falcons 5 8 innings

STRUTHERS

Jeff Kester led all hitters with three hits, two RBIs and a run scored for Knightline, while John Ritter had two hits, including a double, and scored three runs. Brandon Myers had a hit and scored a run for Astro.

Creekside Fitness 11, Prospects 6

STRUTHERS

Creekside Fitness scored six times in the top of the seventh inning to comeback. Jamie Thomson had two hits, including a triple and three RBIs for Creekside, Brennan Olesh had two hits and two RBIs and River Ward added two hits. Nolan Yartz hit two doubles and drove in two runs for Prospects and Nick DeGregory had two hits and scored twice.

Baird Brothers 4, Southside Recycling 3

STRUTHERS

Ian McGraw pitched Baird to victory, allowing three runs (two earned) on ten hits in six innings. Cameron Burton took the loss, yielding four runs (two earned) on six hits in a complete-game effort. Jack Rafoth pitched a scoreless seventh inning to record the save. Brandon Fleeger had two hits and scored a run for Baird, while Dylan Dingel notched a hit and an RBI. Joe Bornes had two hits for Southside, including a double, a run and an RBI.

STRUTHERS

Marco DeFalco tossed five innings to earn the win, giving up five hits and no earned runs. The Astro offense was led by Dominic Stilliana with three hits, an RBI and run. Joe Proper had two hits including a double for Roth.

Landsharks 13, Creekside Fitness 2

STRUTHERS

Tyler Hurd had fours hits, including two doubles and three RBIs, and Dylan Keller and Ryan Perretti each had three hits for Landsharks. For Creekside, Anthony Laird had a hit and two RBIs.

Dura Edge 10, Knightline Embroidery 3

STRUTHERS

Mark Torsello had two hits, including a triple, and Braeden O’Shaughnessy and Travis Harvey each had two hits for Dura Edge. For Knightline, Tom Pitko had two hits, an RBI and scored once while Tim Herberger had a double.

Landsharks 5, Dura Edge 0

STRUTHERS

Tyler Hurd tossed six shutout innings, giving up just three hits for Landsharks. Chris Bouye had three hits, Ryan Perretti had two hits and Braden Olson had two doubles for Landsharks. Braden O’Shaughnessy had two hits for Dura Edge.
