Class B Baseball

Baird Brothers 2, Avalanche 1

Baird’s Cade Negley came out ahead in a pitcher’s duel, allowing one run on three hits and a walk while striking out nine. On the other side, Michael Domanick conceded two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out eight. Jesse Richards had the lone RBI for Baird while Tyler Malish and Matt Didonato each scored a run. Brice Bokesh knocked in Mike Soots for Avalanche’s lone run.

Creekside Fitness 6, DuraEdge 5

Creekside picked up the winning run in the seventh inning. Eric Sapp got the win in relief, allowing one run through three innings. Lake Sankey led Creekside with three hits, including a double. Antonio Viviano had two doubles and Pad O’Shaughnessy added another. Andy Sodergren led DuraEdge with two hits, an RBI and a run scored.

Class b Baseball

Landsharks 6, Astro Falcons 3

The Landsharks pulled ahead with a four-run sixth inning. Riley Day hit an RBI triple and scored a run for Landsharks, while Braden Olson hit an RBI single and scored a run for the Landsharks. Dominic Stilliana led Astro hitters with three hits, including a triple. Justin Stewart had an RBI single while Corbin Foy slugged a hit and scored a run.

SBA Aces 8, Knightline 7

SBA scored twice in the bottom of the seventh for the walk off win. Luke Bailey pitched three innings of relief, allowing just one run to pick up the win for the Aces. Sean Davis led all hitters with three hits, including two doubles and scored twice in the win for the Aces. Bailey helped his own cause with two hits, including a double and an RBI. Caleb Benton hit a double, scored twice and drove home two runs while Ian Lu had a hit, two runs and an RBI. Ben Robb and Julian Medina both contributed RBI singles to the winning effort. Lucas Mosora led the way for Knightline with two hits, including a double, and two runs scored.

Suspended game

Roth Brothers leads Southside Recycling 17-14 after five innings, but play was suspended due to darkness.
