Man gets 60 days for punching St. E's doctor
YOUNGSTOWN — A man who pleaded no contest for punching a doctor in February at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital was sentenced today to 60 days in jail.
Julius Riley, 40, was given credit for 18 days served. He was given an additional 10 days for contempt by municipal court Judge Elizabeth Kobly after he complained when the original sentence was handed down.
It is the second time Riley has punched a doctor at the hospital.
He was placed on probation for punching a doctor in 2014. He also punched a hospital police officer in 2014.
