Canfield High School juniors and seniors brought the glitz and glamour to the school’s auditorium during the annual PTO-sponsored Prom Promenade on May 7. The students visited the Promenade before heading to the prom, with the theme “A Whole New World,” at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
Excitement and sparkles filled the air as the students were announced to cheers from an auditorium filled with friends and family. With the spotlight on them, each couple walked through a balloon arch on stage as their names were announced to the crowd.
The event takes place each year before the prom to allow families, friends, fellow students and members of the community to come out and see the fabulous dresses and tuxes, and to support the students on their special night.
