Marshals arrest man accused of selling drug to Austintown woman
YOUNGSTOWN — A man secretly indicted last week by a Mahoning County grand jury on a charge of involuntary manslaughter has been taken into custody.
Roderick Means, 33, was booked into the county jail Wednesday after he was arrested on a warrant by U.S. Marshals.
Means is accused of selling fentanyl to an Austintown woman earlier this year who thought she was purchasing heroin. The woman later died from the drug.
He is expected to be arraigned next week in common pleas court.
