Event set to relieve stress for brides

Delvaux Wedding & Event Planning is announcing “Blushing Brides and Bubbly,” a relaxing afternoon for local brides that involves sipping mimosas and crossing off something on their wedding to-do list. It will take place at 1 p.m. June 26 at the B&O Station Banquet Hall, 530 Mahoning Ave.

Jackie Bader of Arty Pants will lead the group in painting a set of wine glasses for the bride and groom, customized with wedding colors and names or the wedding date.

The cost is $40 for two seats and includes a set of wine glasses, two mimosas per person and appetizers. Dessert will be provided. A cash bar will offer additional drinks. Those attending must be 21 and over.

Tickets can be purchased at http://brushing-brides-and-bubbly.eventbrite.com, where a $20 deposit will be collected.
