Shuttic, Goodman take FACT posts
WARREN
James Shuttic and Jeff Goodman have been voted the new president and vice president, respectively, of Trumbull Fine Arts Council.
Adam Gregory remains executive director of the organization, which plans to expand its efforts to provide local artists with opportunities.
FACT’s headquarters is at 180 N. Park Ave., downtown.
NPR radio host to give lecture
YOUNGSTOWN
Scott Simon, an award-winning journalist, best-selling author and host of National Public Radio’s Weekend Edition, will deliver a lecture at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave., at 7 p.m. Sept. 13.
The lecture is sponsored by the church and WYSU-FM 88.5. Tickets are $10 and go on sale Monday at the church.
Arts and home show at mall center court

Southern Park Mall will present a Back-to-School Arts, Crafts and Home Show, offering paintings, trinkets, treasures and other home accessories, from Wednesday through Aug. 14 in Center Court.
