Garretts celebrate 40th anniversary

BOARDMAN

William J. Garrett III and JoAnn Testa Garrett of Boardman celebrated their 40th anniversary on July 30 with a dinner at Station Square Ristorante in Youngstown.

The couple were married on July 31, 1976, at St. Joseph Parish, Austintown.

The couple have two children, William J. IV (Alisa) Garrett of Canfield, and Nicole (Johnny) Stanec of Boardman.

They have three grandchildren, Will, Aris, and Wynn.

Mrs. Garrett has been a medical management specialist for Anthem Blue Cross in Youngstown for 40 years.

Mr. Garrett has been the president of Garrett Builders, Youngstown, for more than 30 years.
