Brandenstein, Hysell wedding plans announced

Sue and George Brandenstein of Youngstown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Katelyn Brandenstein and Staton Hysell, both of Kent.

The parents of the prospective groom are Jacqueline and Kelly Hysell of Waterford, Ohio.

The couple are planning an afternoon ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at St. Nicholas Church, Struthers.

An evening reception will follow at the Holiday Inn, Boardman.

Invitations will be forthcoming for the events.

The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication design. She is a graphic designer for Oatey Supply Chain Services in Cleveland.

Mr. Hysell also graduated from KSU with the same degree.He is employed by ECS Tuning in Wadsworth, Ohio, as a user interface and experience designer.
