St. Patrick Church, 225 N. Main St., will host a Polka Mass at 2 p.m. Aug. 7 in the big tent during the Parish Festival, which will conclude that day.

Celebrant will be the Rev. Michael Swierz, pastor, and liturgical polka music will be presented by Jack Vasko Band.

First service

YOUNGSTOWN

Faith Fellowship Church of God, 388 E. Midlothian Blvd., will have its first Sunday morning service at 10:45 a.m. Sunday.

Rev. Les and Loreatha Hawkins will return as guest singers, along with local singer Steve Vivod. Claudine Bridges will play the pipe organ.

Rev. Jonathan Mitchell, pastor, will preach during the morning service.
