Butler art museum is seeking volunteers

The Butler Institute of American Art is taking applications for its fall docent class.

Docents are volunteer tour guides, trained by the museum, who also participate in other educational programs and events.

“The Butler could simply not exist without the support of our wonderful volunteers,” said Louis Zona, director of the museum. “Their dedication and contributions of time and talent bring the museum an energy and vitality that is truly inspirational.”
