Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 32
YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted 32 people including De’Ondre Gayles, 21, of Lemans Drive, Boardman, on aggravated murder, murder, attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Gayles is accused of killing Ralph Thomas, 20, of Church Hill Road in Girard. Reports say Thomas was found shot to death in his car about 9:50 p.m. July 19 at Dupont and Hammaker streets on the North Side.

The grand jury also indicted Tabitha Lee, 28, East Boston Avenue, on failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, vehicular assault, four counts of endangering children and obstructing official business.
According to a police report, police initially stopped Lee at Market Street and Melrose Avenue on Apr. 26, at which point police saw that four young children were in the vehicle.
Lee then reportedly fled the scene, leading police on a chase that reached speeds of nearly 70 mph, causing police to call it off. Lee was apprehended after crashing into a light pole on Market Street near Midlothian Boulevard, causing the pole to fall down.

The grand jury also indicted Kenneth Price, 28, North Lakeview Avenue, on failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs.
