Youngstown school board rejects motion to end lawsuit challenging CEO


YOUNGSTOWN — A motion to withdraw from a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the legislation that called for appointment of a school district CEO failed.

Member Corrine Sanderson made the motion at today's meeting for the district to withdraw from the suit.

She and members Jackie Adair and Dario Hunter voted in favor with Brenda Kimble, Michael Murphy, Ronald Shadd and Jerome Williams opposed.
