Groundbreaking ceremony is Friday for new Mahoning County dog shelter

AUSTINTOWN — The Mahoning County commissioners along with the county dog warden will host a groundbreaking at 10 a.m. Friday at 1230 N. Meridian Road for a new county dog shelter.

Parking will be available in the lot of Phantom Fireworks, 1260 N. Meridian.
