The engagement and upcoming marriage of Sierra M. Napier and Justin J. Leach is being announced by the bride-elects parents, Randall and Sharron Napier of Liberty. Parents of the future groom are John and Jacqueline Leach of St. Paul, N.C.

The couple are planning a Sept. 10 ceremony at Warren Amphitheatre. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for a reception to follow.

Miss Napier earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism/mass communication from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She also earned a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She works as an executive analyst with Accenture in Washington, D.C.

The prospective groom graduated from NCATS with a bachelor’s degree in African-American studies. He is employed as a teacher with KIPP DC capital teaching residency program in Washington, D.C.
