Natalie Hogan, Jonathan Bessom plan to marry

Mark and Susie Hogan of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Hogan, to Jonathan Bessom, both of Washington, Pa. The future groom is the son of William and Kathy Bessom of Athens, Tenn.

The couple are planning a Sept. 3 wedding at The Barn at Madison in Madison, Pa. Invitations will be issued for the event.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Baldwin Wallace College and a doctor of osteopathic medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Va. She is a family medicine resident physician at Washington Health System in Washington, Pa., specializing in renovation and health innovation. She also is trained in musculoskeletal manipulation therapy.

The prospective groom graduated from the University of Tennesee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a focus on information and network security. He works as a systems administrator at Partners in Nephrology and Endocrinology in Pittsburgh.
