Area daredevils will again get a chance to rappel down the Metropolitan Building in downtown Youngstown when Over the Edge for Beatitude House returns Sept. 23 and 24.
Beatitude House, which is committed to serving disadvantaged women and children, is again partnering with Over the Edge, to bring the urban adventure to the Mahoning Valley.
