The cost of $65 for entry in the second annual Dr. Susan K. Leone Memorial Golf Scramble includes golf fees, carts, coffee, doughnuts, lunch, dinner and a T-shirt. Dinner only will cost $15.

Incorrect information was given in Thursday’s edition.

The scramble will begin at 9 a.m. Aug. 13 at Mill Creek Golf Course, 1 West Golf Drive.
