Austintown Rotary presents scholarships

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Three Austintown Fitch High School seniors were chosen to receive the William Courtney Austintown Rotary Scholarship for 2016. The scholarships were presented by Fitch Interact advisers Tina Kubacki and Gary Reel at the July 11 meeting. From left are Reel; Max Bleggi, Bradley Linton and Matt Rozic, scholarship recipients; and Ed Kalaher, rotary president. Bleggi will attend Ohio State University, Linton will attend Youngstown State and Rozic will attend Duquesne. The William Courtney Scholarship was named for a long-term Rotarian who generously donated to the Polio Plus and Rotary Foundation on behalf of the Austintown club.
