Youngstown man gets prison term for heroin trafficking

YOUNGSTOWN — A city man who entered guilty pleas in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court in May to charges of trafficking in heroin was sentenced today to four years in prison.

Prosecutors agreed to not oppose a request for early release for Raheem Traylor, 33, who was indicted in 2015 after a two-year investigation by the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force, after he serves three years in prison.

Traylor was also ordered to forfeit $8,293 in drug profits investigators seized after serving a search warrant at his home.
