City rec center will be open Saturday, Sunday for heat relief

YOUNGSTOWN — The Arlington Heights Recreation Center will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for residents who want to get out of the heat.

The Otis Street center will be open until 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
