Struthers Rotary honors members

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Struthers Rotary recently hosted its annual President’s Dinner at Selah’s Restaurant in Struthers and presented several attendees with awards. Micky Morell was presented with an honorary membership for his service. Above are Tom Baringer, left, master of ceremonies and rotary chairman; Carol Crytzer, Rotary Community Corps and Struthers City Council member who presented resolutions on behalf of the City of Struthers to Jim Jickess and Dan Becker, each serving the rotary for more than 50 years. Below are Drew Hirt, outgoing president, who was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship for his service. Hirt accepted the award with his wife, Carol, from Baringer. The club announced its officers for the upcoming year: Jennifer Johnson, vice president; Joann Sweeney, president; Linda Krestel, treasurer; and Don Gabriele, secretary.
