GOP CONVENTION | House Speaker Ryan blasts Obama's domestic, international issues

CLEVELAND — Speaker of the House Paul Ryan said the President Barack Obama administration is ineffective on domestic and international issues.

Ryan spoke today to the Ohio delegation of the Republican National Convention at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.

Ryan said Republicans want to replace Obamacare with a health care law "that works."

He also said the country doesn't have a national-security policy.
