UPDATE | Police ID victim of city's 11th homicide of 2016

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified a man who died late Tuesday after being found shot in a car at DuPont and Hammaker streets.

Ralph Thomas, 20, of Churchill Road, is the city's 11th homicide victim of 2016 and second within a week.

Thomas was found about 9:50 p.m. wounded in a car and later died of his wounds at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
