The car is estimated to have rolled over three times before coming to rest near the exit ramp.

Johnston was trapped in the car by damaged doors and had to be removed by personnel from the Vienna Fire department.

Johnston was taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for treatment of nonlife-threatening injuries, including a scratch on the head.
