“12 Monkeys” (9 p.m., Syfy): On the season finale of the time-traveling drama “12 Monkeys,” Cole and Cassie (Aaron Stanford and Amanda Schull) try to find peace living in 1959. But you just know that’s not going happen. 9 p.m., Syfy.

“The Coroner: I SPEAK FOR THE DEAD” (10 P.M., INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY): Apparently every body has a story. In the true-crime series “The Coroner: I Speak for the Dead,” viewers are taken inside the work of Pennsylvania coroner Graham Hetrick as he deals with murder cases and complex forensic work.

College unveils Celebrity Series

NEW WILMINGTON, PA.

Westminster College has revealed its 2016-17 Celebrity Series. All shows begin at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. For tickets, go to westminster.edu/celebrity or call 724-946-7354. Here is the lineup:

Sept. 24: Adam Trent — The Futurist. Trent is the star of Broadway hit “The Illusionists,” and his interactive performances are part magic, part concert and part stand-up comedy.

Oct. 6: Defying Gravity, the Music of Stephen Schwartz,. The composer of “Wicked,” “Godspell” and “Pippin,” will be joined by Tony Award winner Debbie Gravitte and rising star Scott Coulter.

Nov. 30: The Piano Guys. These four dads became an Internet sensation by way of their immensely successful series of original self-made music videos.

Dec. 6: Sandi Patty Christmas Blessings Tour. The most awarded female vocalist in Gospel music history.

April 1, 2017: The John Denver Musical Tribute starring Ted Vigil.

May 6, 2017: The Doo Wop Project.

Kansas to play Goodyear Theater
