Boardman woman faces drug charges

BOARDMAN — A township woman faces drug charges after a traffic stop Saturday morning on Market Street.

Kristin Sailor, 46, of Tracy Drive, is charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug-abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police stopped Sailor as she was speeding on Southwoods Avenue. After police saw a capped needle in the vehicle and questioned her, police searched the car and found the suspected heroin and other drug instruments.

Sailor was taken to the Mahoning County jail pending an appearance Tuesday in county area court here.
