This year’s show accepted 93 entries from 74 artists from 14 states, from a total of 775 entries from 293 artists from 29 states. A catalog of the works included in the exhibition is available through the Butler gift shop.
“This year’s exhibition certainly shows that contemporary art is alive and well in this country,” said Louis A. Zona, director of the Butler.

Second place was awarded to Judith Brandon (Cleveland) for her mixed media piece titled “Slumbering Monk.”
