Lake Sankey hit an RBI triple while both Srbinovich and JT Wolke had a hit and scored a run in the game.

Jake Wick had two hits, including a two-run double, and a run scored while Antonio Viviano added two hits and an RBI. David Toot contributed two hits and a run scored to the Creekside cause. With the loss, Creekside misses out on a chance to advance out of pool play.

14U Astro Falcons take two in NABF World Series

KNOXVILLE, TENN.

The 14U Astro Falcons won their opening two games in the NABF World Series 12-7 over T3 Rays and 7-3 over St. Louis Naturals. Chase Franken picked up the win for Astro Falcons in game one while Brandon Nikos got the win in game two. The team plays again today at 10 a.m. aginst Diamond 96 from Mississippi.

Warren 11U All-Star earns berth to Ohio Valley regional tourney

The Warren Athletic Club 11U All-Star Baseball Team won its second straight Cal Ripken Ohio State Baseball Tournament by defeating their Mahoning Valley rivals, Mill Creek, 18-6. With the victory, the team earned a berth to the Cal Ripken Ohio Valley Regional Baseball Tournament in Lexington, Ky., from July 27-30.
