Your 2016 Flynn Auto junior Greatest Golfer finalists; Championship play starts Friday

Here are your 2016 Flynn Auto Group junior Greatest Golfer of the Valley competitors.

Play will commence with u17s starting their 36-hole finals Friday at Squaw starting at 2 p.m. and continue Saturday at Avalon at 12:30.

The u14s will play 18 holes finals on Saturday — teeing immediately following the u17s.

Tees/yardages will be:

Position #1 U14 Girls — 4,900

Position #2 U17 girls, U14 boys — 5,500

Position #3 U17 boys — 6,400 yards

Greatest is in its 7th year and hosts 3,000 Valley golfers each summer via juniors, adults and scramble play. It is presented by Farmers National Bank, Superior Beverage, Covelli Enterprises and Flynn Auto Group.

Spectators are invited to watch the play free of charge.
