Man charged with aggravated burglary
YOUNGSTOWN
Reports said a man was arrested early Tuesday for forcing his way inside a home in the 1200 block of Florencedale Avenue to try and get at a woman he was chasing.
Officers were called about 12:55 a.m. to the home, where reports said the homeowner allowed a woman inside who was running from Terry Miller, 36, of East Garfield Road in New Springfield. The woman said Miller had been chasing her from the Rescue Mission on Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Reports said Miller was angry when the homeowner would not allow him inside, so he forced his way in, took a bat the homeowner was holding and headbutted the homeowner above the eye, causing him to bleed. He was arrested for aggravated burglary and taken to the Mahoning County jail.
