Gun missing from Boardman apartment

Police are searching for a gun reported missing Monday evening.

The victim said the gun went missing between July 3 to Sunday while on vacation. The missing items included a loaded semi automatic

compact pistol and an Amazon TV stick.

The victim reportedly said they keep the weapon in a gun box inside a closet. The only person who could have entered the home was a friend who had access to the apartment.

There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment.
