1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bedford Trails Golf Course Restaurant on Bedford Road in Coitsville. Members may order from the menu. John Texter will preside, and birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged. Bingo will be played, and there will be a 50-50 raffle. Canfield AARP 3104 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday for a luncheon at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. The Aug. 1 meeting will take place at 1 p.m. at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Atty. Bruce Williams from Salem will present “Hike up Kilamanjaro.” The July mystery bus trip is filled; call Barb at 330-757-0780 with cancellations. There will be a bus trip to Pennsylvania on Oct. 14 to see the musical comedy, “Cowgirls” at the Mountain Playhouse. Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet Aug. 5 for the annual picnic at Gianna’s Catering Hall in Lowellville. Lunch will be provided by Phyllis Nolfi and will include hot dogs and hamburgers. Police and Fire Retirees of Ohio, District 2, Chapter 10, will have its annual picnic at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Austintown Senior Center, 112 Westchester Drive. Take a casserole or a dessert. The club will provide the meat, table service, bottled water and coffee.
S.O.A.R. Chapter 1-28-10, Retirees of Local 2243, U.S.W.A. Copperweld Steel Co., will have its last regular meeting at 1 p.m. July 21 at the Windsor House, 235 Champion Ave. E. Speaker will be Chris Becker, assistant county prosecutor. Refreshments will be served.
