Family camping set at Mill Creek Park

Family camping opportunity will be available at Wick Recreation Area in the Judge Morley lawn from 9 a.m. July 23 until 1 p.m. July 24. The price includes structured activities, some meals and snacks, nature programs, hikes, family scavenger hunt, evening campfire, children’s outdoor story time, family game times, crafts and more.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The area will be closed to non-participants and the area will be closely monitored.

Registration forms will include additional program and set-up details and an equipment list. Register and pay at Ford Nature Center by Saturday. Fees are $10 per resident and $15 for nonresidents. Additional fees apply after the deadline. Limited tent rental is available for $15 per tent.
