v Summer Festival of the Arts, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Soak up some art, music and performances on the campus of Youngstown State University.
v Downtown Wine and Jazz Festival, 6:30 p.m.: After the arts festival, make your way downtown where jazz artist Marion Meadows headlines an outdoor concert ($10) on Central Square.
v It’s Only Rock ‘n’ Roll Festival, 3 p.m.: Ten bands, including the Jellybricks, the Cheats and Turbo Lovers, will play at this street festival at the Royal Oaks, 924 Oak St., Youngstown. (Food-drinks wristband is $5).
v Wish You Were Here, 5:30 p.m.: One of the country’s most-popular Pink Floyd tribute bands ($9), with opening act Time Traveler (Moody Blues), at the Warren Community Amphitheater; riverrockattheamp.com.
v LeBron line dance party, 9 p.m.: Vocalist Karla Seldon, DJ Dr. G and Jaylen Smith ($5) will teach the LeBron line dance (it’s on Youtube) at Monteen’s, 3708 Belmont Ave., Liberty.
“Outlander” (9 p.m., Starz): Time traveling gets even more complicated in the “Outlander” season finale. The episode flashes forward to 1968 and introduces two integral characters in Brianna Randall (Sophie Skelton) and Roger Wakefield (Richard Rankin).

“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): The 170th Trumbull County Fair starts this week, and Junior Fair Board members Lauren Omzero and Billy Smith will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss it.
Next, Diane Less of Angels for Animals will discuss the “Bring Us the Mommy” program that ensures cats are spayed and neutered to reduce overpopulation. The program encourages citizens to bring in their pregnant females for services.
“A Conversation with Dee” (today at 6:30 p.m. on MyYTV and Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on WYTV-TV): Host Dee Crawford welcomes Ellie Platt, a member of the newly organized Downtown Youngstown Partnership, a committee of Youngstown Cityscape.

Community band sets 3 concerts
The Youngstown Area Community Concert Band will play the first of three July concerts at 11 a.m. today at the Summer Festival of the Arts at Youngstown State University.
It also will perform at Boardman Park’s Maag amphitheater at 7 p.m. Thursday, and again at 4 p.m. July 31.
The latter concert is YACCB’s annual Music in the Park with Friends show, and also will include the Cortland Community Band. The YACCB’s program will include “Arlington: Where Giants Lie Sleeping,” a musical portrait of the national cemetery.
The band’s annual Holiday Concert Of Giving, which benefits the Rescue Mission, will be Dec. 11 at 4 p.m. at Stambaugh Auditorium.
It will be a joint concert with the Stambaugh Chorus, conducted by Hae-Jong Lee, Professor of vocal studies at YSU. Go to YACCB.
