MAHONING COUNTY Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:

Shun Moreland, aka Sean V. Moreland, aka Shawn V. Moreland, 43, Idora Avenue, four counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine with a forefiture specification, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

William Syrette Jr., 28 East Avondale Avenue, felonious assault.

Travis R. Culler, 28, Main Street, Washingtonville, two counts of theft.

Richard L. Davis, 45, South Webb Street, Alliance, burglary, illegal use of food stamps or WIC benefits, receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools.

Richard F. Fortune, 34, Webb Street NE, Alliance, aggravated possession of drugs.

Robert G, Nelson, 49, East Texas Avenue, Sebring, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Rachel Cassidy, aka Rachel O’Connell, 32, Libberty Road, Hubbard, aggravated arson.

Van Sylvester Lightning, 26, East Boston Avenue, improperly discharging a firearm at on into a habitation with a firearm specification, discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and aggravated menacing.

Jorrell Gibbs, 34, Garfield Avenue; Lewis Gibbs, 37, Hilton Avenue; and Shannon Kelly, 37, Garfield Avenue, three counts of possession of cocaine, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine.

Leonard S. Vanderhoff, 38, Coronado Avenue, tampering with evidence, obstructing official business and possessing a drug abuse instrument.

Marquies Garrett-Robbins, 22, West Ravenwood Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Shannon Kelley, 34, Garfield Avenue, possession of heroin.

Kaylin Sly, 21, Shields Road; Keith Kennedy, 20, West Heights; and Lamar Robinson, 19, Arch Street, five counts of possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Sean Mills, 26, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, gross sexual imposition.

Lauren J. Hanlon, 56, Canfield Road, receiving stolen property, forgery and identity fraud.

Alfonda R. Madison Jr., 29, Dupont Avenue, three counts of menacing by stalking and two counts of violation of a protection order.

Trey D. Blackmon, 22, Arlene Drive, Boardman, receiving stolen property.

Austin Rowe, 22, Sheridan Road, failure to notify change of address.
