Paving begins Monday on Wellington Avenue

YOUNGSTOWN — Wellington Avenue between Interstate 680 and Belle Vista Avenue will be closed to traffic starting Monday for paving.

The road will be closed for 30 days though local access to residential driveways will be maintained.

Traffic will be detoured to Steel Street and Mahoning Avenue.
