Police have no ID of man found shot last night

YOUNGSTOWN — Police still do not know the name of a man who was found shot just before midnight Wednesday at Rush Boulevard and East Boston Avenue.

There were empty shell casings and a cell phone next to the victim. Capt. Brad Blackburn, head of the detective bureau, said police could not talk to the man because of his condition.

Blackburn said the man is in critical but stable condition at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
