REUNIONS

Chaney High School January and June Classes of 1946 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Denny’s in Austintown. All classmates and their spouses are welcome. No reservations are needed.

Chaney High School Class of 1948 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. July 12 at Denny’s Restaurant on Mahoning Avenue in Austintown.

Chaney High School Class of 1959 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. July 12 at Davidson’s Restaurant in Cornersburg. Classmates and spouses are welcome.

East High School Class of 1954 will meet for lunch at noon Monday at TJs Restaurant in the Holiday Inn on South Avenue in Boardman. Spouses and guests are welcome.

Niles-McKinley High School Class of 1961 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 24 at Vernon’s Cafe in Niles to celebrate its 55th reunion. It will be an informal gathering with hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. South High Class of 1963 will meet for its monthly breakfast at 9 a.m. July 13 at Bob Evans Restaurant in Boardman.

South High School Class of 1971 will have its 45th reunion Labor Day weekend with a 6 p.m. formal dinner and dance Sept. 3 at the Fifth Season Banquet Center, 1400 Main St., Mineral Ridge. The cost varies by number of activities each person is planning to attend. Sept. 2 will be a meet and greet and Sept. 4 will be a family picnic. Struthers High School January and June Classes of 1949 will have their monthly luncheon at 11 a.m. Monday at the Landmark Restaurant, 7424 Market St., Boardman.

Struthers High School Class of 1956 will celebrate its 60th reunion July 16. It will take place at the Mauthe Park community building. A social hour begins at 4:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 5:30. The cost is $25 for singles and $50 for couples.

YSU Army ROTC Alumni will have a summer picnic reunion from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 30 at the Chester Long Pavilion in Boardman Park. Take a casserole to share and beverages.
