Danielle Blake, Brett Balog to marry Sept. 10

Danielle Blake and Brett Balog, both of Boardman, are engaged. Their parents are announcing the engagement.

Her parents are Sharon Blake of Boardman and Rohn Blake of Poland, and his parents are Judy Balog and Rick Balog, both of Boardman.

The ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park. A reception will follow at the Maronite Center. Invitations will be issued for both.

The couple are graduates of Youngstown State University. The bride-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and the prospective groom earned a degree in criminal justice.

He works as a patrolman for the Stow Ohio Police Department.
