Accident snarls traffic at state Route 82

HOWLAND — State Route 82 east is closed following an accident.

A dispatcher with the Southington Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the accident happened on the bridge over state Route 46 and traffic is backed up all the way to state Route 11.

The dispatcher did not know when the road will reopen.
