Salem Kiwanis will host its 52nd annual Antique and Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 16 at Centennial Park, corner of East Pershing Street and Park Avenue. Admission is free. It will feature food vendors, music and more than 50 auction items, and baskets will be raffled. St. Christine School, 3165 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, is seeking crafters and vendors for its Holiday Craft Show set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 5. St. Jude Church, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana, is seeking vendors for its annual craft show planned for Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in its activity center. FESTIVALS
Harvey S. Firestone Festival of the Arts has openings for craft vendors and antique dealers. The festival will be Aug. 6 in Firestone Park and is a juried event; all items must be handcrafted. FUNDRAISERS
Avalon Lakes Golf and Country Club, One American Way, Warren, will be the location of the annual Pink Ribbon Golf Classic on July 18. The cost is $110 per golfer. Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 8 a.m. with the shotgun start at 9. The 18-hole four-person scramble will be followed by lunch, a basket auction and raffle. First Presbyterian Church, 890 Church Hill Road, Girard, will have a trash and treasure sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 30 during the Girard city-wide garage sale. Vendor spaces are $15 for one parking space and there will be discounts for those purchasing multiple spaces. Kids Grieve Too Inc. is hosting a fundraiser lunch and truck sale from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Ave., Youngstown, during Youngstown State University Summer Festival of the Arts weekend. AARP 4611 East is planning a trip to a gospel brunch at the House of Blues in Cleveland at 11 a.m. Oct. 9. A guided motorcoach day tour of “True Polish Treasures” is planned for Aug. 16 in Cleveland. Jesus the Key Ministries and Men of Faith, the producers of Rally in the Valley, will host a bus trip to Lancaster, Pa, to see the show “Samson” at the Sight and Sound Theater and “Crooners” at the American Music Theatre on July 12 and 13. On Dec. 6 and 7 a trip will include “Samson,” a Christmas concert at American Music Theatre and a meal at the dinner theater, the Dutch Apple.
