Warrant: Police arrested Freddie Jones, 36, of Parma on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.
Drug abuse: Police arrested Daryl Pusser, 36, of Arden Boulevard, Youngstown, on two counts of drug abuse.

June 13
Breaking and entering: A 2002 red, Honda ATV was taken in a break-in at a home in the 200 block of South Meridian Road.
Theft: A former employee did not return merchandise from Roth Bros., 3847 Crum Road.
Theft: A theft by deception was reported at a home in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: Police arrested Donella Shaldon,26, of Petersburg-Unity Road, Petersburg, on a theft charge. Police accuse the suspect of taking $61.56 worth of strip steaks from Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: Police issued Wesley Smidt, 26, of West Boulevard, Boardman, two summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug-abuse instruments.
June 14
Drug offense: Police arrested Vincent Marstellar, 30, of Depot Street, Mineral Ridge on a charge of drug abuse of heroin and also issued him summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug-abuse instruments.
Warrant: Police arrested Samantha Reeves, 22, of Westchester Drive on a warrant for criminal damaging.
Menacing: Threatening phone calls and text messages were reported at an apartment in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Burglary: An undetermined amount of money was taken from a home in the 1000 block of Celeste Circle.
Fraud: A total of $303.80 was charged to an account at a home in the 3000 block of Meander Reserve Circle.
Theft: Police arrested Michael Adams, 33, of Loveland Road, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accuse him of making fraudulent returns valued at $151.35 at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Animal complaint: A dog bite was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Theft: Police arrested Thomas Stokes, 27, of Main Avenue, Warren, was arrested for the tip-jar theft at Starbucks.
Domestic violence: Police arrested Donald Vath, 81, for domestic violence at a home in the 50 block of Kenmar Court.
Theft: Police arrested Thomas Featsent, 32, of Saint Andrews Drive, Canfield, on a theft charge. Police accused him of stealing a diamond engagement ring and hocking it.
Menacing by stalking: A female suspect was stalking a female victim at Walmart.
