Man accused of public indecency

Officers arrested a man after spotting him urinating in public and then continuing to walk around with his genitals exposed Saturday morning.

According to the police report, when officers approached Andres Saquic, whose home address and age were unavailable, he was urinating by PNC Bank on East Federal Street. Saquic turned around with his genitals out, confused as to what he was doing wrong, police said. He then told officers he was intending to drive home drunk, so the officers arrested him, the report says. Saquic began yelling obscenities, despite several cease and desist orders.
