Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

COLUMBIANA AND MAHONING COUNTIES

Wednesday, Feb. 3: Dinner loaf, potatoes, gravy, corn, bread, dried fruit, cookie and milk

Thursday, Feb. 4: Chicken breast, seasoned potatoes, green beans, bread, applesauce, cookie and milk

Friday, Feb. 5: Pirogi with butter, carrots, broccoli, dried fruit, cookie, juice and milk

Monday, Feb. 8: Cheese omelet, tater tots, dried fruit, cookie, orange juice and milk

Tuesday, Feb. 9: Roasted turkey, sweet potatoes, gravy, blend vegetables, applesauce, cookie, juice and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 11 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Feb. 3: Ham and scalloped potatoes, harvard beets, dinner roll with margarine, peaches, regular or sugar-free gelatin and milk

Thursday, Feb. 4: Hot dog on a bun with ketchup and mustard, sauerkraut, baked bean quintet, pineapple, pear crisp or pears and milk

Friday, Feb. 5: Roast beef with gravy, egg noodles, brussels sprouts, corn, roll with margarine, mixed fruit, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Monday, Feb. 8: Omelet with sausage, breakfast potatoes, English muffin, warm peaches, blueberry muffin or graham crackers, grape juice and milk
