Canfield AARP 3104 will meet at 1 p.m. Feb. 8 at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Blood pressure readings will be available from noon to 12:45 p.m. by Salem Visiting Nurses. A program on Alzheimer’s disease will be presented by Dorothy Barto, director of the Alzheimer Network of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. The club’s next meeting on March 7 will feature a program on Liberia by Vangie McDonald. Nonmembers and guests are welcome. If Canfield schools are closed due to inclement weather, the group’s meeting also will be canceled.

Freetimers, Youngstown State University Retirees, will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Davidson’s Restaurant in Cornersburg. All retirees are welcome.

S.O.A.R. 27-2 and 27-6, Steelworkers Retirees Local 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Niles-Canfield Road. Refreshments will be served. New members are welcome.
