BOARDMAN
St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park was the setting for the 5 p.m. Aug. 29, 2015, wedding joining Jessica DeLuca and Alexis Castillo. The Rev. Russ Adams officiated. A reception followed at the Holiday Inn in Boardman.
Parents of the newlyweds are James and Deborah DeLuca of Johnstown, Pa., and Rigo and Angela Castillo of Poland.
The bride wore a strapless, fitted A-line gown of organza and lace that was adorned with rhinestones, crystal beading and lace appliques. The ensemble was completed by a chapel-length train and a fingertip veil.
Tracy Sampsell was matron of honor. Delores Silverthorn was bridesmaid, and the bride’s cousin, Alexis Brisko, was junior bridesmaid. The attendants wore berry-colored dresses.
Christopher Castillo performed duties of best man for his brother, and Sam Camens was a groomsman.
The bride earned an associate’s degree from Penn College in physical fitness. She is a chiropractic assistant at Parkside Chiropractic in Boardman.
The groom received a bachelor’s degree in human resources from American Intercontinental University. He works at General Motors in Lordstown.
The Castillos have made their home in Boardman.
