On Page A4 in the Jan. 21 newspaper, a police-blotter report should have said Jennifer Fantone, 36, of Canfield Road, Youngstown, faced a misdemeanor theft-by-deception charge after being accused of selecting three ink cartridges at Walmart. Incorrect information was provided in a police report.

A story on Page A3 in Thursday’s newspaper, “2 receive probation in child-endangering case,” incorrectly indicated that the couple sentenced to probation after a baby they cared for was starved were licensed foster parents. The baby is now with licensed foster parents.
