Multiple theft-from-auto cases were reported in the township Wednesday morning.
Police responded to a Lemans Drive apartment about 6 a.m. for a report that someone had smashed out a vehicle’s window and took loose change, an iPod, and jewelry valued at several thousand dollars.
Just after 7 a.m., an Arlene Avenue resident reported someone had entered two unlocked vehicles and took $8. Another Arlene Avenue resident reported a similar incident, in which someone stole sunglasses, change and a briefcase from an unlocked vehicle.
A Cohasset Drive resident later reported that same day that someone had broken a vehicle’s window and took a television display and some audio equipment.

Narcan available to high schools for free
Any U.S. high school that wants to carry an emergency opioid-overdose-reversal kit will now be able to get one free of charge through its state department of education, according to a news release.
Adapt Pharma, manufacturers of a nasal-spray form of naloxone, also known as Narcan, has partnered with the Clinton Health Matters Initiative to provide the life-saving drug, the two groups said at the Clinton Health Matters Initiative Activation Summit.

Burglary probed
GIRARD
Police are investigating an incident of breaking and entering reported Wednesday from The Big Cheese Deli on South State Street. An owner reported about $1,200 worth of items, including a laptop computer, copper wire, a deli scale and a change counter, were taken. A police report notes there was damage to the business’ steel door.
