YOUNGSTOWN

Dayshanette Harris led the Irish (7-11) with 20 points, with help from Simone Comer and Megan Ross who scored 14 and 13 points, respectively. Katie Furey led Canton Central Catholic (14-5) with a game-high 24 points.

Springfield 48, United 35

NEW MIDDLETOWN

Mariah Johnson scored 13 points and Cierra Latronica 10 for the Tigers (6-11). For the Eagles, Morgan Smith led with eight points.

Crestview 45, East Palestine 29

EAST PALESTINE

Alexis Gates scored 22 points and made seven rebounds for the Rebels (13-7, 4-2 Inter-Tri County League Red). MacKenzie Daub scored 13 points and had three steals while Sydni Bowker had six rebounds and three assists. Emily Ferris made three steals. For the Bulldogs, Bryston Trosky led with nine points.

Jackson-Milton 47, McDonald 42

NORTH JACKSON

The Totani sisters, Ashley and Kaitlyn, had double-figure outings for Jackson-Milton (18-2, 8-2) with 14 and 10 points, respectively. Olivia Wolfe was two points shy of a double double with eight Sara Joseph led McDonald (13-5) with 11 points.

Columbiana 51, Wellsville 43

WELLSVILLE

Columbiana (16-4) held on to the win thanks to a 16-7 run in the fourth quarter. Alexis Cross scored a team-high 13 points and Kennedy Fullum added 11 points for the Clippers. Ashley Bennett and Menina Jackson each scored 11 points for Wellsville (9-6).

Western Reserve 48, Mineral Ridge 36

MINERAL RIDGE

Western Reserve (11-8) never trailed behind Lauren Falasca’s 14 points and Alexis Hughes’ 10. Hannah Breedlove led Mineral Ridge (1-17) with 11 points.

Mathews 66, Windham 62

VIENNA

Bry McClurg scored a game-high 30 points for the Mustangs, who dealt Windham their first league loss in two years. Kat Schubert also contributed 13 points for Mathews. Alexis Knight led Windham with 23 points, while Brittany Knight tacked on 19 points.
